Today Laura tried to shop for Valentines Day presents. It was completely futile.

I still do not see the point of Valentines Day! Of course, its a nice day if you're attached/looking to get attached or something, but why dedicate one entire day to love? Love should happen every day.

And, it is horrifically commercialised. I mean, just because its Valentines day doesnt mean that florists should double their prices. And this is only one example.

Haha, okay actually Valentines day might mean a lot to some people. I am extremely inexperienced I might be ignorant or their um, declarations and dedications of love. So I shall stop exerting my point that I think Valentines day just isnt worth it.

But you guys can still give me chocolate. You know, because its consumable. And its a nice day in general, when people just throw chocolates and THANK YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEND notes and flowers and (i have to admit) extremely creative vday gifts (this goes out to cc! the most creative vday gift person) in your direction.

On another note, I am quite pleased:

Long weekend + very little homework = A LOT OF TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hip hip hooray.

On thursday, Al, Daryl and I went around school documenting the campaigns of the many Student Council nominees.

... Well.

I give you some time to digest those posters.

Can you see the difference in hand size between the first poster and the second? The second print was by yours truly. I know my hand very small and ugly la, but wait till you see Eunice's prints. Hers looks alien.

CHERYL'S. Whose I like a lot. Because it's simple. And smart. I like Zeyi's too, because I get an excuse to have a blue hand.
