A Clockwork Orange

I've tried reading the book before, maybe slightly more than a year ago. And I just gave up within the first three pages.

Just a few days back I decided to try again and now I'm midway through and I can't put it down. How odd! I must have been really stupid.

Just a strange and random interjection. I'm suddenly re-addicted to Muse after ... well. It's actually quite a long story.

My computer monitor decided to crash on me. So here I am, camping out on my teensy HP netbook and squinting at the screen and just yearning for some kind of... sound.

And my several thousand songs are in my desktop, so you can sense my frustration. But I carry this tiny little thumbdrive to work (for purposes of Work only, although I admit there are some House season 5 episodes in there :D) and in this tiny little thumbdrive I have the Origin of Symmetry.

I don't even know why I decided to put that album in. But. While at work, .. wow. I just suddenly remembered why I thought that Black Holes and Revelations was kind of a letdown.

And I've been listening to it non-stop at work, and now at home (because of No Music Library grah) - and now I CAN'T STOP. Plug In Baby is just.. looping around in my mind!!!!

But seriously? It is feckin' AWEWORTHY. Not just Plug In Baby (I'm trying to figure out the lyrics right now, actually. Weird but... it works. So who cares.), but... the rest of their discography.

AWEWORTHY baby.

They're probably one of the only bands I would listen to and actually headbang. I normally think headbanging is rather tiring. And painful. And cramp-inducing.

But for Muse? Oh yeah. I will headbang.

... Can't believe I missed their shows @#$%^&*.
