Vampire mosquito

I've got at the very least five excruciating mosquito bites on my neck.

And none anywhere else. Except the instep of my right foot (and I HATE IT WHEN I GET BITES THERE. WHY DO THEY EVEN BITE THERE???). I think this is a mosquito with a fetish. It's time to prepare my Mosquito Patch Army.

Onto other things, I am in absolute, deep, true, wonderful love with a pair of boots in Aldo. And now I am going to find a picture online for you alllll to see and appreciate its Innate Beauty.

,,, Oh god, going onto the Aldo website was a bad, bad, BAD idea.

But anyway. The boots I saw today are these. The concealed wedge heel is absolute GENIUS because 1. I am not very tall and 2. the concealed wedge heel makes me look very tall. And my legs look skinny. And the genius thing about these adorable boots is they can be folded down (though not demonstrated online) so that they become ankle boots! Dual use!!!

AND I was also extremely taken in by one of the men's sneaker/boots which are here for your delightful viewing pleasure. I only just managed to find the female version online but the men's one is so much nicer right????? Right??!??!?! RIGHT?!?!?! However, given my ultimate petite-ness and chibi-like size, I have absolutely no hope of wearing any men's shoes.

... I'm still on the Aldo website and am taking frequent breaks in blogging to explore pretty, pretty shoes. Look at these! I did NOT see them in our Singaporean Aldo store!!!!!!!!! Then again I am looking for black ankle boots because I already have calf black ones and ankle brown ones (both from Beijing, both cost about SGD$20 :O and now I want to buy one from Aldo that costs SGD$150?! And it's on SALE?!). Actually I have ankle boots. But they're too high for every day.

And spurred on by my thirst for Those Aldo Boots, my eyes were (this was entirely subconscious, I swear. I am innocent.) searching for ankle boots in Zara and I found a pair for 89.90$! When I first saw that they were 89.90 I thought they had labelled the boots wrong. But as it turns out, NO ERROR!!!!!!

(I didn't buy it. But I might. Who knows? ...Lucky Zara doesn't have a website.)
